Virgin freephone number from non virgin mobile?

Is there a Freephone number to call virgin broadband from a non virgin phone/mobile?

My grandson has virgin broadband but not a virgin phone and has so far spent £11 on his mobile calling them about problems he is having with his internet?

He did ask virgin but the number they gave him is chargeable and it cost him £1 to call them to ask for a number.

That is the problem, he doesn't have a landline and he gets charged for 0800 numbers.

Anyway his internet problems are now solved, it only cost him another £3.

Hi, Not an answer to this question - but I am very annoyed with VirginBroadband. I used their website to request a sales rep to come to my house toexplain their deals.

The sales rep sold me Virgin Broadband only solutions and said FREE installation.I had very bad experience with Virgin in the past, so I didn’t take his wordand asked him to write it on the order form. So he did. Which I then signed.

Now, I got bill for £59 for installation. I also missplaed the order copy Ihave signed. The customer services said, go and talk to your sales rep (whichis VIRGIN !!!!)... I talk to the rep and he said he will talk to his boss. NOSolution – almost 3 months and I am £59 out of pocket.

I want to write to Virgin, as I have no joy with the customer services teamover the phone and the sales rep dont care, as he made his sale.

Anyway, know any legal words I can use to complain??
