Hello Coupon-mad. I tried to send you a PM but apparently you are unable to receive further PM's until you clear some space. Kind Regards, Constantgardener.0

I have a gap or two, so can you pm me the court date and confirm if Portsmouth? And tell me the latest defence evidence you've submitted and when, and what the PPC has sent as their evidence bundle. Contract? Can you also pm me some pictures of signage and both sides of all letters/PCN/NTO etc. or were they thrown away?Constantgardener wrote: »The PPC is BSG Car Parking Management. It is they who have issued the court claim. I received a letter from their solicitor stating that BSG may instruct them to take legal action. This was followed by a letter before claim.
Unusual one, this!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, what happened? Did the PPC make the OP an offer he could not refuse, did he sign a gagging order, did he get shot down in flames and is too embarrassed to show his head.
Do tell, I am on tenterhooks. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
