Terrible Takeaway Experience, what to do?
Comments
-
I have never gotten a chinese meal (in a restuaran) that was "warm to cool" and would send it back if I did. I would therefore expect a takeaway to be of the same standard and temperature
I think that you should avoid takeaways if you expect the food to be as hot as if you had ordered in a restaurant.
I think what the poster meant was that food from a Chinese takeaway tends to cool quick than other foods.0 -
i love crispy duck and that looks rancid!

as another poster said - it looks like someone's leftovers.
if my take-away food arrived cold - i would complain and expect a refund/replacement.
if i didn't like the taste - i just wouldn't order from them again.
OP as your food was cold and you have that pic of the duck - i would complain again - maybe "she" was having a bad day.0
