    I remember someone posted a link on here on some government website but i can't find it at the moment...

    I think the admitting being distracted is more damaging than the saying sorry.

    It's a little unclear as to whether:
    • the junction was a T-junction
    • who was on the priority road
    • whether the collision happened before or after the car emerged from the side road onto the major road
    Google map with sketch would help. If there were really no road markings, it would be difficult for the cyclist to prove how much of the road was "his" side.
