SKY owe me money advice please

Hi all,
Sky took out more than double what they should have on the 7/6/13. I phoned the same day and was told that £57.17 would be refunded to my bank account within 3-5 days. Phoned again on thursday and Saturday last week to be told " we cant give you a date of when it will be returned" Explained that I needed the money back in my account quick as I have bills to pay. Checked my account today and still no credit from SKY,
(today is the 7 working day)
Please if anyone could give me some advice to my rights I would be gratefull.

Go to the bank and as them for the DD gte.0 -

Go to the bank and reclaim under the direct debit guarantee, and then call Sky to cancel. They'll probably offer you a good deal to stay, especially since you're not one of the 10,000 people a day calling because they didn't plan finances properly and now can't afford it.0
