EE (Orange) misselling complaint re fibre broadband

Hi everyone

I have raised a misselling complaint with EE, they phoned me to say that 'they told me this' and 'they told me that' - I disagree so I requested a recording of the telephone conversation - they have informed me that I cant have that only a transcript of the conversation - is this right ? I want a recording so I can hear for myself - not a transcript typed up to suit them. They also want £15 for the transcript is that acceptable ? Any help would be appreciated, it doesn't seem right that I am not entitled to a recording of 'my conversation'.
