Still new Customer if cancel then reorder?

How long do broadband and phone cancellations normally take to complete?
The reason I ask is that I've placed an order for TalkTalk phone and broadband using Quidco but I've noticed that Topcashback's amount has now gone up. If I cancelled the order, then reordered via Topcashback's site would I still be classed as a new customer by TalkTalk?

Or is it not worth the hassle considering TalkTalk's current offer finishes in 2 days?

Thanks

    read the T&C of topcashback
i went for a talktalk offer where cashback was £70
it was recorded as £40 only though.... i claimed and they referred me to the t&c which correctly state that the indicated amount is not guaratneed

leaves to desire if they are saying the truth when they put up the £70 in the first place!

I ordered Talk talk essential via topcashback yesterday. It was supposed to be £80.80 but it tracked as £70. :( I have printout of topcashback page.. I have contacted Topcashback.. wait and see..

At least £70 is not too bad...
