proof of travel

ive just received a reply from thomas cook regarding my claim for flight delay compensation and they claim ive got to send them proof that i was on the flight by either boarding card or flight tickets but it was 3 yrs ago and dont have any of these and thomas cook say without these my claim will be void any one know what i can do?

This question has been answered hundreds of times before. Why not have a read of the TC thread - where I think you posted yesterday - and see if you can't find the answer.

You are going to have to spend a couple of hours reading up on all this anyway if you want to get your compensation. It's hard work, but none of us started out as experts. So get digging, or walk away. This is not a personal research service.

Sorry if this sounds harsh but there are far too many people simply posting questions that others have already answered repeatedly. And ironically each such question makes the forum even more difficult to navigate for those who follow.
