Vodafone - Text and Web

I have had the VF Text and Web system on my PAYG phone for a couple of months.
I top up £10 per month and that gives me not only £10 credit, but 500MB web and 300 texts - more than I need, but perfect for peace of mind.
I topped up this month (this morning), but it would appear that my Text and Web has disappeared, meaning I now get charged for texts, and I am unsure if I can go on the web at all without it eating my credit.
Does anyone know if the Text and Web has ceased, or if I might have done something wrong?

I can't help you on that I'm afraid but as you're on Vodafone why not get an Ovivo sim and have what you have now more or less and save yourself £10 a month0

Don't know much about mobiles. What is an Ovivo sim? I have a Lumia 800 which has a micro sim. Could I still have one?0

Yes you could still have one of them Sims
One off £15 and get 150mins + 200text+500mb internet every month
if you don't go other your allowance you will get that every month free or you can buy a add-on.

Is your allowance showing? I remember once, a while (year or so) ago, it took several hours for the allowance to appear. But it did, in the end.

I went in to the local VF shop and it looks like although I have the T&W Freebie, it didn't top up for some reason. The chap behind the counter took my details and sorted it, ringing me back 20 minutes later to confirm, as his system was down at the time.
From the outside looking in, it looks like VF have introduced a new offer of unilmited internet if you top up between now and July 31, but this has affected the T&W Freebie - but I am assuming here!
Mike - I know what you mean - you get the text message saying thanks for topping up, you now have xxx. It didn't do that. I didn't even get a text saying thanks for topping up.
sdduk - Thanks for that information. I will have a look later (at work now and don't have full web access!) - if that is going to save me money, I may well go down that route.
VF CR - I also have recently changed my number meaning that my Rewards account has the wrong mobile number attached and I cannot use any of the codes that I get sent through following top up (come to think about it, I didn'e receive one on this top up either!). I have spoken to the helpline (191) and also in store. Each has told me to see the other to sort this out. Is this something that you could help with tonight?0 -
