carphonewarehouse 02 problem

hi everybody

i'm just having a problem with the e2save/cphonewhouse and wondering if somebody can help, or if anybody has been in a similar situation and give some advice.

its a long story but i'll keep it short.

i called e2save at the last few days of april, for a contract phone. they were discontinuing that offer (250 mins and 200 textper month) at the end of the month (april) and starting a new one for may (200mins 250 text) the lady who served me said she could keep the april tariff and confirmed it with her manager.

guess what i checked my remaing minutes and i am on the may tariff. i called cpw customer service last thursday they said they will check the recording to listen to if thats what i said is correct. i called them today and in a nutshell after being on the phone and put on hold for about half a hour they said they can't do nothing (they confirmed my story correct), as 02 can't add minutes or change the tariff.

the lady at customer service then said she emailed the manager at e2save and they will get back to me. but they haven't.

does any body have any ideas of what my next steps should be?? thank you

go to whoever sold you the phone, e2save they were the ones who promised you x and should help you when they havent delivered
