one of our mobile phones fell the phone and everything whilst fishing
so we have no mobile now. it was on a pay monthly 1 month only rolling contract basically we only had a sim in it as it was an old phone. it was the £25 plan which actually was too many minutes for us anyway. what do we do now? i have just been given another phone and wwill have to get a new sim but this is only after about a month or so of having no phone. this means we have no access no access to the calls we would normally have with a phone like this. help appreciated. thanks for any help!

Call the provider and ask for a replacement sim (assuming you have not cancelled the contract).0

Simply use your old SIM, or if the wrong size - ask for a replacement tat will fit (ensuring the replacement phone either works on your network or is unlocked). After that, ask to change your tariff to a lower one, or better yet, switch to PAYG.0
