PCN from Civil Enforcement Ltd

The non discounted charge is £90....Hardly representative of any financial loss to Co-Op
I didnt notice the signage (thats not to say it wasn't present or clear) apparenltly, CE Ltd have only recently taken the contract on.0 -
Further to my last....the location of the village in which said offence apparently occurred is incorrect.0

Hi all, I'm in a similar situation having received a PCN from Civil Enforcement Ltd. Slightly different as the vehicle was parked for 23 mins in a 'authorised vehicles only' car park for a nearby office block. CE Ltd want £150 - £75 if paid early. This happened at 17:20 on a Friday.
If I wasn't driving is the best route to advise them of this without giving the drivers details or argue that £150 for 20 mins in an empty office car park at 17:20 on a Friday could be considered excessive....
Any help and advice massively appreciated.0 -

Can you post this in a new thread so that you can get personal advice and not get replies confused with this poster?0 -

All of that in bold is not worth using, sorry! Please start your own thread on the parking forum.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
