orange no signal

For the past three months I have had virtually no signal on my orange phone. Having spoken to various customer service people and tried everything they have asked me to, I have told them I want them to cancel my contract and expect them to waive any charges left. My contract expires January 2014. In the past two weeks I have had two managers agree that the costs should be waived and they would ring me back to confirm. I have heard nothing. I managed to speak to someone today and he said the same as they all do when I first speak to them; "we cant waive the charges". I then point out that this has already been discussed and he goes off to speak to his manager who says he needs to speak to someone else. Please can anyone help me before I lose the will to live!!!:(

You're not really telling the whole story? You mean that it's not working at home, but fine elsewhere? Networks do not guarantee coverage, so your commitment stands.

If they decommissioned a BTS and your service degraded, then they will arrange a bill credit for a few months then you can be released (as it will work elsewhere) it isn't a network failure.

Do you know the op or just guessing that they are 'not telling the whole story' ?

If the OP was in my area he would not 'had virtually no signal' - so I have no need to 'know' them - just a sloppy turn of phrase, where everyone believes that only a 100% signal at their house of flat is relevant to the story.
