Small court claim advice please!

Having pursued Monarch for flight delay compensation my claim has been rejected. CAA can't help because delayed flight departed from Lanzarote, not UK. I've followed advice on this site and have sent 'letter before claim' but no response, so I now intend to take legal action and would very much appreciate some advice.
As I'm claiming compensation does this count as a money claim / should I make a money claim?
Our party was 5 people; myself, my partner, her daughter and grandaughter and my father. Can I take action on behalf of all in the party in one 'claim'?

You might find that the paper version gives you more room to enter all the passenger details, rather than the on line version of MCOL.

Most of your Q's are answered on the host site. You might need a consent to act letter from the adult passengers and the children they have parental responsibility for.
I'm assuming you all travelled on a single booking?0
