    Much less true than it once was - winning moments now tend to be "weighted" to allow for the expected entry pattern. In many cases the chances of a random winning moment occuring at a certain time is in direct proportion to the percentage of entries expected at that time.

    It doesn't matter what time you enter as if you read above you will see that the winning times have all been set. So, if someone enters and wins at 10.07 today chances are you would not win at 10.07 tomorrow.

    It is all down to luck.
