    Try playing at different times of the day. I won mine at the same time minus 30 minutes around like the middle of the night. The winning moments are supposed to be randomly distributed so it'll happen for you.

    Stay positive and don't be too disappointed if you don't actually get it. I see you won a Pepsi Max bottle so at least you have won something from this just not what you exactly wanted.

    I was lucky enough to win a mobile from Pepsi last wednesday and received a email straight away telling me they would be in touch but so far nothing. I have checked my junk & spam emails and its not there.
    So my question is to all the other lucky winners is how soon did they get in touch with you after your 1st email, and was it by phone or email.

    My husband won a phone last Tuesday and he has not yet received anything other than the initial email either. I see from their Facebook page that they say that there can be a delay of "a week or so" before the delivery team gets in touch.

    I know someone who won a phone last week but no one has got in contact. They tried replying to congrats email but it bounced back.
