hello everyone
phew all packed just wanted to wish everyone good luck over the next couple of weeks and i hope you all have some great wins, i see already someones had a great win over in postals :j:j

thanks to everyone with your kind thoughts about the comps, i do love posting them so it's no bother. also thank you to everyone who's covering for me whilst i am away, must say this over in postals as not all pop in here

glad to have you back sheils always lovely to sleep back in your own bed no mattter if you have just been away for the night. while the cats away the mice will play springs to mind with your children, i know mine used to..ho the antics they used to get up to :rotfl: thank god they have left home :rotfl: no i don't mean that just joking i have a friend who i vist in falkirk but he's due to come down here for a hol this time as we have been up there twice already.

katie you look after yourself and i hope you get what you want for the coffee machine

wingobins my thoughts will be with you and your mum just you try and take care of yourself too.

ILC i would like a carpet cleaner but waste of time now since daughter ruined my carpets, less than 2 years old and she ruins them so now got to have all new again but looking on the brightside i won't have to clean them for a while :rotfl: she's looking after the place whilst i am away and i told her p.s don't ruin the carpets :rotfl:

fire**fly i shall miss you but i have my ipad set up so while hubby's out on his walk and my swimming i can pop in every now and again. i got to beat my DIL at candy crush :rotfl: hope you enjoed the pizza last night ho i put weight on and now my swimming costume won't fit. got to dash out tomorrow and find one

lomaxsylvia i know you were not really sulking, we don't want any of that as i have enough of that with smallest grandaughter :rotfl: arms folded, lips pouting, stamping her foot :rotfl: her mum said now say nana i love you before she went home other day so she shouts nana i no like you, whilst stamping her foot :rotfl:

indie i hope you relax a little with your time off but i am a fine one to talk as i never relax

right that's me done better get a bit of comping done catch you all later but not tomorrow will be busy finishing off see you when i get back love oddies

hope you are well,I am fine today,I went to my church to see friends and helped to look after a baby and sang them to sleep and It worked a treat as the sound of my singing got them to sleep.Must have the magic tonic

Well done katie - bet you have a lovely singing voice. :A I love singing, my dd and ds have lovely singing voices also. I'm always thinking I should join a local singing group/choir ...... if they would have me! :rotfl:

Lol sheils - yep, when the puddy is away the mice will play!!! Been there and encountered it few years back now! Luckily, like you, nothing to untoward ....... but I prob had a few comments to make at the time!

Oddies - have a fab holiday and we will be waiting in anticipation for your return with our ......... bring a bottle, knives and forks re BBQ :D :rotfl:

Done a bit out in the back garden, it's sunny but getting awfully muggy - so may call it a day for the mo and maybe venture out later.

Loved the story of you singing the baby to sleep Katie. I always think you must have a lovely voice. So nice you enjoy your music so much.

I have the worlds worst singing voice even as babies my children used to reach out and try and cover my mouth if I ever sang to them.
