Just popping in from garden ........ Oooooh - BBQ sounds lovely oddies, I have me bottle ready!:D:D:rotfl:
Lovely pics as always ILC
Sylv - hope the dentist goes fine with your DH. Re your query ..... I have carpets throughout apart from kitchen and bathrooms. Would love something to do the whole lot, but more so the carpets.
Had a carpet washer machine for years which gave up the ghost long ago. Wasn't very impressed with it anyway - would rather go down the steam clean route. Reckon it's a good option, particularly with puddy around - no detergents and such like.xxx
Oh no, it looks like weather is getting a bit iffy so best go back out and finish the lawns xxMILITARY WIVES CHOIRSHELP for HEROES0 -
AB I have an upright Bissell QW carpet cleaner. The best agitation is when you press your foot down on it.
If you have a floor (or combo) steamer (steamer mop), how many pads would you need on the go? That's what put me off!
Floor cleaning is best done on hands n knees and can pray for a win at the same time!:rotfl:
FF Thanx 4 the heads-up on the wipes! (will save having a bath :rotfl:)
Think I nabbed the (FB) PG freebie in time as I had to speedily register/nominate.(got welcome a welcome email)0 -
Oddies, I hear we are having a BBQ??
Will bring my bottle if that's OK
What time are we having it by the way??:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Alfie, there are quite a few on the market these days. I had one at my old house that cleaned hard floor and had an attachment that went on to steam the carpet. They usually com with 2 pads which can be washed in the washing machine. You can also get extra pads from Ebay or Amazon quite cheaply. I won one which came about a month ago but haven't used it yet which is a 9 in 1 Morphy Richards which I think are about £100. Part of this one comes off to make a hand cleaner which is really useful for cleaning cooker/tiles etc. Will have to get it out of the box and have a try and let you know. I also have a bex carpet cleaner which I think is pretty rubbish to be honest.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0

LOL ILC - I'm always on me hands and knees doing the hard floors and ......... I pray that .......... I can get upright again without any mishaps!!:rotfl::rotfl:
Sylv/ILC - I think my main wish is a carpet steam cleaner. I think you can hire one, but would rather have one myself.xxxx
Oh and a separate hand cleaner sounds good too xxxxMILITARY WIVES CHOIRSHELP for HEROES0 -
Alfie - once you have used a steam cleaner on your hard floor you will definitely not want to get back on your hands and knees. Its worth buying one just for that,BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0
