Blooming heck I don't understand what you peeps are going on about :o Sorry - dont understand!!:o

However, managed to do front garden today, mowed daisies and cut edging and weeded, so looks a whole lot better :) xxxxx

it's like ILC's says alfie, just abbreviations to save typing out all the words :) when they first started up it took me ages to fathom them out :o:rotfl::eek: but now am constantly having to keep up with them due to text messages/emails that people use them all the time
must be admitting I don't like using them on a 'proper' letter/post/etc I generally just use them for texting x:)

    more here..

Hi everyone. Sorry have not been in the Inn but I am back now. Internet connection at DD's very slow so lost the will to live also forum being down as well.

We have had a lovely relaxing time but needless to say we are so behind now we don't know where to start lol.

Just thought I would let you know that with the Atterley Road £300 we ordered Jeans for the two teenage GD's, a dress for DD2 and I ordered a back for myself. It came to £309 but they didn't charge for the extra or for delivery so we are well pleased.

I noticed on that Sheils won £100 and that Wingo won £700 and bingo. Not sure of any other wins as couldn't keep up so sorry if I have missed you out.

Some of my herbs were in a sorry state and some survived OK. Think I downed some of them! Never mind I still have some and will get some more seeds soon.

I hope you MOM is feeling better Wingo, is she still in hospital? Big hugs for you.

    Have missed you all.

Big hugs to all who need them

Thank you peeps and a bit of a bummer then .... alfie has to learn a new language!!:D:rotfl::rotfl: Gawd - will do me best!!!

On another note - just submitted complaint to well known supermarket!!! 'T' Never done it before, used them yonks, yep had few issues with some grumpy staff aker this one (though most are lovely) but this morning came away in tears from store. Attitude of said staff person really gutted me. Not nice,. Shan't go into what she was like but was quite upsetting ... but first time in me life I have walked away in disgust and not said thank you - not like me at all!! Neighbours have also had issues :( I really do not want to get anyone in trouble but surely a wee word to the staff member? Plenty here are boycotting the shop? Doesn't cost much to have manners surely? It wasn't just manners - more to it :(

Suffice to say, my complaint has been lodged and shan't be shopping there again!!! :( xx

Oh Alfie big hugs for you, sorry you were upset at the supermarket today. It is really upsetting when this happens but if it is happening to others in your area it isn't just a bad day for this person so you are right that it needs sorting. Hope you are feeling OK now.

Alfie, manners cost nothing and they shouldn't have upset you like that especially if they were staff too! Maybe she was having a bad day or something but the customers always right! Hope you're ok xx

Hi Sylvia, glad you've got your Internet back on. :) great you've managed to get something for yourself too out of your win. :j Mum is still in hospital but is slowly gaining weight again through drips & gastro feeds and her white cells are improving too :)

Fire**fly, you should start growing and selling garden veg again as its so expensive to buy and shop bought ones are horrible! My dad used to grow runner beans, garden peas etc and we were never without veg but nowadays I don't think the kids get enough. You're always a busy bee ;)

Great win this morning Sheils :T I didn't get time to pop in here as I was at work. Glad you're gonna treat yourself. :)

ILC, did you see the ad about the lotto going up in October to £2? I will be dropping my two lines to one then. I think they'll lose out as folks will stop their lines.

Another busy day today playing football etc .....you know...stuff that I'm totally useless at but had to do it! :D good for the figure though! ;)
No post but I got an order I was waiting for from sports direct which I only ordered Sunday night! That was quick, well done to yodel for a change! It was some clothes for son that he was in desperate need of so he can stop walking round now looking like his budgie has died...(anyone heard that expression? :o) I've now thrown his old trousers out. :)

Katie, glad you finally got your fridge freezer. :) I couldn't do without mine!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Thank you :A. Have had dealings before - but today was just the pits with this person!! I always give a cheery hello and love to chat to other staff but today was the end of the tether with this person. !!!!

Rude, unhelpful, bad list goes on and on - not gonna put it on here but attitude quite shocked me!

Hated to make a fuss at the time so just picked up me shopping and left. :( However, when i got home, looked at till receipt and they had feed back 'how did we do' option!

Well - I did let them know about my experience - not a happy bunny!! Considering other peeps around here are also complaining, guess it's just no me!!!

Few other staff around, cos it was quiet and no manager in sight. Def put me off going there again and other peeps around here feel the same ....... stores loss I guess!!!
