Enjoyed CH4 'Run' (4 eps) last week & the latest 'Skins' on E4

'Top Boy 2' is coming soon. (Caught Top Boy 1 on Netflix recently)

Watched the first episode of 'The Hunger' - might be worth carrying on with on LoveFilm.

The returned is deffinatly one to watch, even hubby who hates subtitles is into it :rotfl: http://www.guardian.co.uk/tv-and-radio/tvandradioblog/2013/jul/18/have-you-been-watching-returned

Good morning, its very dull and cool here this morning.

Well done on the win firefly, sounds lovely. Good luck potting up your herbs, mine are doing fab.

Its a shame you are not able to go to the beach today Sheils and hope DD gets back in time for the dentist. My DH said exactly the same this morning about the news.

Does this mean you are getting the kitchen finished today Wingo or is it already done? Its always hard finding things for the kids to do during the holidays isn't it.

Can't stand the moths and daddylonglegs Alfie or anything else that flies past me for that matter. Know what you mean about the lawns but have to keep our short or the bees come and sit in the clover and I am frightened about Lottie getting them.

I do hope the thunderstorms come today and not tomorrow as we are traveling to DD2's in the afternoon and I am terrified to drive when its thundering and lightening as I was struck by lightening when I was little.

Off to town soon to do some shopping to take down with us.

    SYL
BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS

You will have to stop chasing them rose! ;)

Hope you avoid the storms when driving tomorrow Sylvia.

Just had to put a butterfly outside - ages since one came in the house. It must be good weather for them as I seem to have seen loads lately. Had my Red Berries Special K and bars delivered - really quick. One of my favourite cereals but kids can have the bars.

Ooh that poor man burning his bits ILC! :o :rotfl: A lesson learnt! :D My dad fell asleep on hol last year with his hand across his chest! He woke up with a white hand mark! :D
I agree about the moths Alfie! They're huge! I hate anything flying around and landing on me especially when I'm in bed. :o
Bets now on if Kate will have a boy or girl! ;) I think it will be one of each with one baby hiding behind the other! Only joking, I think a girl :)
Sylvia, kitchen is just the same as it was months ago! :( The first thing we need is boiler and moved to other side of kitchen. DH says there is a new govt scheme coming out where we can pay so much towards getting a new boiler but it's months away and I want it doing now even if we have to take extra on mortgage for it! I can't live like this of much longer. :o He was supposed to be fitting French doors today but I doubt it now.
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Oooops! Appeared to have posted twice :o Apologies, that's me double trouble! :D

Afraid me internet is playing up and that's my lame excuse!!! :D

Omg - it's so hot here :p - cat n me are wilting!! Managed to get out in garden and do a wee bit re pending storms!! Tied every thing up etc.

Hopefully, storms, although get quite scared if they are overhead, will clear humidity a wee bit :D xxx
