Heard a couple of people coming to Blackpool...maybe worth a mention the new trams are running well, every 12 mins or sooner, get a day saver ticket hop on and of all day...great value:)

Well done on doing all 12. I only managed 4 as was busy most of the day. Its been warm here but not sweltering. Lottie wouldn't tolerate any sort of fan she would go mental so just have to put up with the heat.

Hi ellcee thats very kind of you to let us know. Haven't been to Blackpool since I was young, I forgot there were trams. Thanks for the info. Sheils is going tomorrow I think.

I lived in Dickinson Road, Blackpool once. Loved it there! Stanley Park, Pleasure Beach, Piers, Winter Garden.

Trams, St. Anne's, Fleetwood, illuminations, Lancashire hotpot. Chips in gravy along the prom:eek:

Bacon barm:eek:

The golden mile was too tempting, so easy to lose one's shirt:eek::eek::eek:


The Sancastle woz nice with the wave pool.

Blackpool is a great gateway to day-trips.

We are going for the Tower Circus, Zoo and shops ILC. The only place DD would agree to go to with us. Love the fish and chips at Coral Island.
