Another bit of a post at the end of the last thread for info.
Loving the 5:2 info. I've been doing SW, but may join in. Wondered if I could combine the two? Any thoughts on this anyone?
Funkyfeet, I notice you said you have been doing 5:2 for 8 months. How much have you lost in that time?
I checked the book on Amazon, and the paperback is £4.49, and the Kindle version is £2.36 today if that helps anyone.
Hugs to everyone in need, and an extra big one for logie, Hope the treatment goes well for you hun.

What I wouldn't give to be there right now
Thank you, yes they are Antigua. Wish I was back there as well. Missing the sunshine, it's grey and cold here at the moment, and even when the sun does shine the wind is so cold. No chance of maintaining the tan.:(Sealed Pot Challenge No 9 516 target £250

Shiny and neeeeeeewwww!
I loved reading that story 99p. Was it a Mr Ts perchance? I am so sick of that 'we don't take Internet coupons' line.
You know it!:D
Suprisingly, said trout avoided eye contact with me as I purchased the coffees right under her nose. I must make a point of "buying" some more and seeking her out, even if I have to wait in a long queue and there's empty checkouts, it will be worth it to see her face.I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.
I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.0 -
