    Afternoon all.

I'm on my first day. Had a slice of brown toast this morning and a few sips of water. Just had my lunch which was half a packet of Slim Rice (funk me, it's disgusting!) and lots of herbal tea and water.

So can't wait to get home and have my supper which will be some brown pasta and some of my Mom's chicken tikka sauce (no cream or anything fattening in it).

If I am not dead by tonight, I'm definitely going to keep this up. Normally by this time, I would have chomped through 5 x packets of crisps, possible 2 x lunches and 2 x cans of pop.

Good luck everyone else. Hope you are going OK.

I've had porridge made with watered down milk for brekkie and a muller light with 10 chopped up grapes for lunch.

Havent decided on dinner yet but i suspect that it will be a veg stir fry, and cals allowing, chuck a bit of chicken in too.

Dont know if I am going to make 500 cals today but i will be as close as i can get!

Hope everyone else is getting on ok :)

I may have lost out on the Harpic and had a hissy fit BUT I've just got the job I interviewed for on Tuesday :D

4-6 week contract with the possibility of filming/working in the States. Can't quite believe it. I start tomorrow!

Harpic or job :D Really pleased for you. Every cloud has a silver lining (sometimes). Well done.:)

Desperately seeking help from you knowledgeable elite! Need to buy an EARTHED travel adaptor today, too late for on line. Anyone know where I could get one? Would I be able to get one at the airport. Hubbie says it needs to be earthed for kettle and iron. Thanks so much!

Either WH Smith or Boots at the airport. They both sell them, probably one or two other airport shops too.

Think bubbs was talking about this special offer pack.

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=278338964

Was still marked on SEL at £5.00 but was reported earlier to be going through at £2.50 as per online offer :)

According to my list Almond Milk is almost half the calories of ordinary milk. Might be worth a try for those who can't drink black tea and coffee. I actually prefer it now. Exercise day for me today and first fast tomorrow:eek:.
