    100g strawberries 28 cals
    60g grapes 40cals
    110g full fat Greek yogurt with honey (A own, tastes like really rich cream/ice cream) 166cals :eek: thought I'd treat myself :rotfl:

    Dinner is already decided - a WW meal I found in the back of the freezer from last year at 256 cals
