Lots of herbal tea, coffee and water for me today. Lunch was a lovely healthy Baxters soup (spicy tomato & rice with sweetcorn). 3/4 of the tin was 150cals, then a banana was about 50 cals. got a light greek yogurt, 200g of melon and 100g of plums for tea.
My bro and his new wife are having their wedding reception in the UK on sat night :j for all the people that couldn't get to Vegas. I need to do a clothes trying on session for what dress to wear - although since doing the 5:2, I'm a bit too small for a lot of them:j
I never buy them if they're not on offer. Coop and Morrisons often have them on offer.

Even wondering if its flagged up on their monitor or something
