had a bit of a rough day
we had out great great aunts funeral. that was emontionalbut lovely as well. i commented to my brother (who lives 350 miles away from me) that he was getting a lot of extra padding round his middle. he commented that he was trying to catch me up :mad:
i may end up joining you lot. but i have no idea what you have to do on your 52 diet thingy. everyone seems to be fastinglife is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0 -

Eat "normally" for 5 days, eat 500 cals for 2
If you plan your fast days right, you can have quite a lot for your 500
You're more than welcome to join in but be warned that losing more toes to help weight loss will not be tolerated:p

I can't be bothered with faffing around with calories/menus/recipes. I've worked out 3 different days plans with either jacket potato/cottage cheese/salad, mushroom omelette or half a tin of Bombay potatoes with sweetcorn, mushrooms and Birds Eye microwave veg mix (peas, carrots and beans). Those 3 Mains plus low cal Cup a Soup and low cal jelly for lunch bring me in at under 500cals and I have enough spare for a coffee and 1 Rich Tea biscuit before bed.
That way I don't have to think about it. I don't eat anything at all until lunchtime, just drink water.ELITE 5:2
