My gym is over £30 too but it is very local so it does come in handy. The only downside is all the other gym users looks like they have strolled in off of the Home and Away set. All gorgeously toned tanned babes and muscle men. It's a bit awkward when I waddle in with my mini belly, but hey ho!
Get you with your cross trainer. I got myself a stepping machine a year or two back, but broke it after two weeks as I was constantly on it.
And I actually put 1lb on since last week. How come I am the only blob and everyone has lost weight! Not fair.:o

Possible glitch (unless it corrects but then that's true of all glitches:rotfl:) on Avs W:
Volvic Touch of Fruits (1.5L) have just been showing without m'buys on MSM. Only the new Touch of Tropical Fruits had the multi showing (therefore you could mix and match any that compare vs W as long as, if you included the Touch of Tropicals (your choice), you included no more than 2 of them).
The multis have now come back. However - they are seven versions in total - they have been split into two separate mixes and matches on MSM.
One of which is:
Strawberry Sugar Free. Lemon & Lime. Touch of Tropical Fruits.
The other has:
Strawberry. Lemon & Lime Sugar Free. Orange & Peach. Summer Fruits.
So, perhaps choose one from one of the sets and two from the other of them (buying 'any 3 for £2.50') - as long as all those bought compare vs W (please see my list very recently posted:j).
[Edit: 1.35am - all seven now showing in one offer.]
The following was the original ending of this post, but is now historical:
[Strike]There is however a complication - they are showing prices (on some of them) for W for me only when logged in. Logged out has W N/A on every one of them. So - will they compare or return N/A? In addition, the multis have been off when logged out (N/A for W on all) but the multis stayed on when logged in. Logged in did have all seven in the same offer half an hour ago, but logged in now has them in two separate 3 for £2.50 offers - one of them with the three items as above in the first group and one of them with the remaining four in the second set [/Strike](as it's sounding like tennis:rotfl:and hoping Andy Murray does well - not caught up on that, could be totally out of the loop:o).0 -
Mimi ah bless you not losing weight dont give up stay with it you could have a good loss on your 2nd week;)
:j:j:jhave just taken my last antibiotic
Goodnight have a busy day tomorrow as I am of to the West End to see Top Hat and then a nice meal with my friend's so this is just the boost I need :T0 -
I've just had a really nice 5:2 meal - half a tin o Bombay Potatoes, half a small tin of sweetcorn, a Birds Eye microwave veg mix and some poached mushrooms. Total added up to 329 cals - which is fine as all I've had today is 2 jellies and a low cal Cup a Soup and 1 cup of tea with a little milk.
I think I can run to a coffee and a small plain biscuit before bed.
The potato and veg mix was really tasty and I will certainly have it again.ELITE 5:2

Did you weigh at the same time as last week? Same clothes?
Before or after the gym?
You did say you had a bit of a mental binge last week before starting, were you serious?
How've you been doing on your non-fast days?
There WILL be a reason for it, we just need to figure out whatI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Emma managed to get about 20 earlier in an express and she left plenty behind too.
I managed to have a lucky day picked up:
10 x 1p Moshi gummy things
8 x 1p Haribo hearts
13 x 1p Tic Tacs
7 x 1p Crackers
6 x 30p Sada kitchen rolls
6 x 2p sada baby lotions
4 x fairy liquid at 32p
4 pints of free milk in Waitrose
I was nearly trouted in Mr. Ts until they saw I left plenty of each left on the shelves (where they then put some by for themselves :rotfl:)
Good times :j Hope you've all had lovely days. :A'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0
