    Think of how much you could have gained if you'd not fasted for a couple of days.

    I know, I could have Britain's Next Top Supermodel or something like that. Hahaha, just kidding. I think I struggled because I normally graze like a cow all day and the 600 calorie day was a killer, moreso with everyone filling their greedy holes constantly at work.

    But I have all next week off work. I am going to the gym every single day and I will try and do a fast day and then a normal day, alternating all week.

    I was a bit naffed off last week 'cos I couldn't find any cheap kitchen rolls to build something. Wonder what I can build with these. :D
