    Hello all

Dozy FF here (agreed I am tweets) :p, well I spelt my name right today so:o :rotfl::p:D

    Howz you all:D

my 5;2 fast day again today, hope it's going well for you all too.

Like I said, I have been doing this months and more so as a lifestyle change, to be more healthy from the inside, (i need to eat more 'natural' things on my fast days, eg- not with sweetener in it) having watched the Horzon documentary which clearly shows the long term health benefits. As I have done this a while, plus I gym and go zumba classes every week, it would be unfair to report my weight and weight loss I think.

So, weight wise, can I share my aunt's weight with you all, she is aged 53, weighed 14stone 8 last week, a week on today she weighs 14.4 stones! :j so happy for her. Told her, if like me she did a couple of gym sessions / zumba classes a week, she would lose it faster. She is chuffed!

Anyone want to share their progress?

W cheaper (and believed not to be available for 10% off via APG)

:rotfl::rotfl:I did have 9 items here - but just removed more than half of them as found better-priced versions elsewhere. I'm left now with only these:

The Food Doctor Multi Seed & Cereal Pitta Bread (6)
    75p

Method Wood for Good Floor Care (739ml)
    £2.66

    Edler's Medium Flan Case (80g)
    59p

2x Waitrose Crisp & Crunchy Coleslaw Mix (200g)
    85p+35p

Your probably right, but I know my local store had them so I might just have to go now! Lol.
We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits. :)

Sorry you didn't get any David, sending you a virtual one of my 6 boxes :D.

Mind you I went out to buy a Singer Overlocker - special type of sewing machine - from Lidl. Got there 8.45 and the 4 they apparently had were sold, at £150 I was a little surprised, especially as I didn't think they opened till 9am  and this is definitely not my usual get-up-time!

Check your old email accounts if you ever ordered online with Tosco. I have just had an offer of £15 off a £50 shop on an account I only ever used once.

Really pleased as I've only been lucky enough to scrabble up a £2 off £20 shop at Sainsbees this week - they have been hammering a promo for £15 off the first online shop - so other coupons were scarce.
    Wishing you all good luck!
