Yeah, excellent deals available at both Tosco and Sada. Be sure to check your local asian greengrocers as they have these sales on too and are a whole lot cheaper.

► TicTac (100 pack) scanning at 1p at Tosco* express stores
    http://10ws.co/125bvdW

Barcode ending: 2951 (we hide the rest of code so staff can't 'quickly' fix the mistake).
Might be priced at 1p or £1.25, should scan at 1p.

We believe this will only be express stores.

Thanks very much for this. I can confirm these are scanning at 1p at Tesco Express. I've just picked up a few packets. I'm quite chuffed, as this is the first time I've managed to find anything scanning at 1p.

Ironically I was at the till in Asda yesterday and only had nine items so grabbed a box of tic tacs and was a bit annoyed when it compared AvT 40p to 60p to reduce my APG.

I did initially lose 4lbs but have not weighed myself since. Will do tonight.

Get you with your 5lb! How are you finding the fast days? OK?

Looking forward to seeing your result :D

Fast days were a bit up and down last week as I did one of them on a really busy day, and didnt get home til late, so had a very grumbly belly when I went to bed, but it was worth it. I just need to keep the momentum this week. Next fast day tomorrow

    Good luck tonight

Not a great start to Monday morning - the perishing Chancellor has apparently confirmed that pensioners Winter Fuel Allowances and Bus Passes are definetly facing the axe ! If bus passes go then I can see the local bus services collapsing down here in Cornwall and I'm sure the town centres like Truro will feel the pinch. Older people seem to be seen as easy targets for cuts - we are expected to eat less, live in cold houses and go to bed early to save fuel, stay indoors and not go anywhere - and we are threatened with not even being able to have a glass of cheap whisky what with minimum unit prices.

Perhaps the Govt. would like to think about compulsory euthanasia at age 60 - then they would save on State Pensions as well !

Can you show me where he has said this? I listened to the interview yesterday and from what I can gather it was a case of pensioner benefits would be means tested and richer pensioner wouldn't get all the benefits that they currently do.....but nothing would change in this parliament.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-23018465

Labour has said it would take winter fuel payments from the richest
pensioners, but Prime Minister David Cameron made a pledge at the 2010 general
    election to protect them.

Mr Osborne said that commitment applied to this parliament, without
committing to funding pensioner benefits beyond the 2015 election,
acknowledging that "we have got to look at how we can afford them".

He added: "When it comes to pensions and pensioner benefits, our society is
getting older, we are going to be spending more on our older people. I want to
    make sure that's sustainable."
