Fast days were a bit up and down last week as I did one of them on a really busy day, and didnt get home til late, so had a very grumbly belly when I went to bed, but it was worth it. I just need to keep the momentum this week. Next fast day tomorrow.

I am doing Wednesday and Friday this week, if I can manage it.

I have worked out that if I go to the gym x 4 a week and work off about 500 calories each time, that's another -2000 calories for the weekly total. Woohoo.

Are you going to the gym or doing exercise too?

    from 10 ways
► TicTac (100 pack) scanning at 1p at Tosco* express stores
    http://10ws.co/125bvdW

Barcode ending: 2951 (we hide the rest of code so staff can't 'quickly' fix the mistake).
Might be priced at 1p or £1.25, should scan at 1p.

We believe this will only be express stores.

Don't listen to 10 ways, they haven't got a clue.

The OP on HUKD bought them in a superstore

Edit: I got some in an express, the sel was £1.30 scanned at 1p

I'm just doing extra walking....I'm too tight to pay for the gyms around here, they are more than £30 a month   I have a cross trainer at home so need to get back into using that again

I do need to walk more though :o

I didn't think it would work but it was worth a try. Was hoping seen as you had not received an email it was going through for you :(

lol, got to be in it to win it. Dont think I will cancel the order for them just yet, will see if they get back in touch. Dont know why they cant just cancel it themselves at their end.
