:hello:I had two shops planned for this afternoon. The Dove 350 and Herbal Essence 400ml combo came up instore with the multibuy even though it was not on the SELs, so that no-one would ever have known to get Dove+HE 400 at £4 and perhaps got a good APG back:rotfl:. Muller Crunch Corner Biscuit (with 'rollback' SEL of £2 on in-store) scanned at £2 unfortunately, despite showing £3.88 on a.com. At that point I changed my mind about my entire purchase - wish I'd put the Dove + HE on my Avs T shop completed moments before, but not to worry I'm sure something will come round again and it was only encouraging me to get more shampoo than we really need:eek: so I saved by not buying any.
T comp. including BE Cod Fishfingers & New Potatoes (herbs). But missed out on the White Mouse and Flump:( that I had on my M shop that never came. Flump & White Mouse for next shop vs T then:j:j, whenever that's needed later on (only need 6 items now instead of 8).:) No 2p items instore, but may be some in the larger store later - I hope!0 -

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

I managed to get some too thanks to TM sharing the photos.
I can't say they are that nice (I think they forgot to put the flavouring in them!), but 40p for 6, I can't really complain. Take aways and restaurants charge about £2.50 for 1, so I am sure they have been filling their boots!
Are the 2p Sada items in the larger stores or the smaller ones?
If anyone missed out on the cheap sauces and dressings at Sada, they have put another batch on reduced to clear. I saw various Heinz ones, Kraft, and Sada own brand. I'm sure there were other brands as well but I am getting on a bit and I can't remember now! I also saw a whole collection of make them at home trifle/puddings at 25p and some at 5p. Wow. Also, saw the various John Frieda Frizz Ease Serums on the clearance shelf at about £2 each. They had the orange coloured tubes and the purple ones.
Once again, thanks to all for continuing to type out your shopping lists and offers you have seen. It's greatly appreciated. I never seem to find any of the "special" items but that's besides the point. Keep writing and thanks again. Oh and a hugely massive thanks to all the lovely ladies and gents that have helped me and the others with the 5:2 diet.0 -

Diet post coming up......!
To put an MSE spin on this, what does everyone think about putting away £1 for every lb you lose, until you reach your target?
To keep yourself motivated on days when you don't feel it so much, keep a chain of paper clips in your purse or bag or wherever you want. One for every half a pound, they soon mount up!
Set yourself mini targets to treat yourself as you go along. Maybe every 7lbs, buy yourself a new nail varnish or top or pair of shoes or something else you would like. Losing weight is hard work. Keep yourself motivated by having mini rewards very now and againI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
