    Afternoon all.
Fasting day not quite going to plan.
Think I'm gonna have to not eat anything for the rest of the day now
Guess I won't have lost anything at next weigh in :(

When is your next weigh in?

Can you fast on a different day?

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to QoC and CS for all their input in the 5:2 Elitists. I've never felt as motivated - ready to do it all again next week.

Weekends are easiest for me as I work and sleep through most of it.
I'm just feeling a bit sorry for myself as I ache after actually doing some hard work last night, have already had a big bowl of cereal and a ready meal and only been up since 12!
Weigh in is whenever I remember. Since I have to power up the wii fit and I weigh myself around the same time of day it'll be tomorrow earliest.
Oh well, at least if I haven't gained I'll be happy :D
