    Diet post coming up......!

To put an MSE spin on this, what does everyone think about putting away £1 for every lb you lose, until you reach your target?

To keep yourself motivated on days when you don't feel it so much, keep a chain of paper clips in your purse or bag or wherever you want. One for every half a pound, they soon mount up!

Set yourself mini targets to treat yourself as you go along. Maybe every 7lbs, buy yourself a new nail varnish or top or pair of shoes or something else you would like. Losing weight is hard work. Keep yourself motivated by having mini rewards very now and again
tongue in cheek mind. don't forget to keep the receipts in case you need to take the items back.:p
ps my dw has started with you lot, but not the 5-2 but just calorie counting. shes lost 7lb in a week. I just caught her pinching a bit of my popping candy chocolate. that was her little treat.

Oh I forgot to mention. Various chilled naan breads are 20p for a 2 pack at Ts, they are also on 3 for 2. Unfortunately they had 20p SELs in my store and the shelf was bare. 40p for 6 naans:money: good if you can find them.

If you can't find them in T's fc, they compare nicely in an AvT shop.
