My weigh in is tomorrow night and I'm just completing my 3rd fast day this week. Unfortunately according to my scales just now I only appear to have lost 0.5 lbs ! And tomorrow is a feast day and, even if I am reasonably careful, even that tiny loss may disappear.

I'm a bit disappointed but from previous experience it takes about a week before I lose anything at all even on a conventional weight loss plan. I'm going to start afresh with a new weigh in on Monday morning and then do 3 fast days again and see what happens. If I still don't lose anything I'll have to stop eating altogether!

frustrating isnt it?? Am so glad you wrote this though, thank you, as I did my 3rd fast day today because I appeared to lost nothing from the 2 fast days I did on monday and thursday (had a sneaky weigh yesterday but official weigh in tomorrow). I am struggling to get the enthusiasm to continue but will join you for another week regardless of what my weight is tomorrow........

Ah well we'll just have to fire up the jukebox later ;)

You are right, and maybe a glass or two of something.
