So then fellow dieters, has anyone weighed themselves and seen a difference? I was -4lb since Monday yesterday.

But I ate far too much last night when I went for my birthday party/meal and all my buddies kept insisting I eat more and I did. I daren't weigh myself today. I'm probably +15lb! :(

My weigh in is tomorrow night and I'm just completing my 3rd fast day this week. Unfortunately according to my scales just now I only appear to have lost 0.5 lbs ! And tomorrow is a feast day and, even if I am reasonably careful, even that tiny loss may disappear.

I'm a bit disappointed but from previous experience it takes about a week before I lose anything at all even on a conventional weight loss plan. I'm going to start afresh with a new weigh in on Monday morning and then do 3 fast days again and see what happens. If I still don't lose anything I'll have to stop eating altogether!

Aye I know - now got a glass of rose. Really wound me up though when you spend half an hour planning a list to get the best value and then get ripped off royally by Tosco!
