    Good evening, all.

    Quick catch up time again!

Well my fast day went well. I had nothing for breakfast, a couple of cups of coffee through the day with a touch of milk, a tuna sald for lunch with an apple and a chicken curry for tea. I had no idea that chopped toms had !!!!!! all calories in them really. 46 per tin! I fried chicken in fry light with onion and peppers and put a load of dried spices on them. 1 frozen cube of garlic and ginger and the tin of tomatoes. I served it with a caesar salad lol instead of rice or chips!

I probably had around 600 calories. I also did 10K on the bike and drank about 9000000 litres of water (and went to the toilet about 40 times!) :rotfl:
I haven't over eaten today either. Going for my second fast day tomorrow. Could someone point me to the lsit where I find out what number I am in the elite list?

    In other news...

DD2 got a great parents evening report, I'm back on track at work and have completed my professional review report for chartership!:eek:

Ebay sales of Skylanders are going well. I've not been shopping in some time (wife works at SADA!). Oh and the downstairs loo is nearly finished!

I hope all are well. I shan't be up late so saying night night now! :A
I do think the fact you have to work out what you can eat calorie wise on a skinny day will help you all on a fat day.
As in do I really want to eat that many calories over my recommended daily intake :T:T

Good evening everybody I hope you have enjoyed the day. Congratulations to everyone sticking to the 5:2 diet.

I had a lovely whoopsie shop in Mr A got loads of meat for 20p and loads of other stuff I hit it at the right time. My freezer is getting very full again.

Went to Mr T got fruit whoppsied it was going well until some people there started to push staff to get to the reduced stuff. It was awful and they just stopped reducing things. I think they are going to look at cameras the staff were not happy at all. I really don't blame them
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

When DS1 bought his first car in January probably a year or more since he past his test and had last driven, in at the deep end proper country roads (drops at the sides) motorway and dual carriageways figured better for him to do it with me in than either worry about it or do it wrong  oh and all in the dark :D
