    Rags

Do they wash them after...must cost a fortune in washing powder :)
  • I'm about to savour ice cream

And still stay under cals, although I could do with drinking more water :o

I know what you mean about the water, I'm struggling with that as well, managed 2 pints today. I've been not too bad today, eaten a lot more fruit than I normally would have so that's got to be a plus!

Rose, thoughts to you and DD. If tests are still coming back positive there's still a chance.
I've lost 4lb according to the Wii fit :j but I hadn't weighed myself since early last week so I had a head start really.
Still I'm really happy I'm off to a good start :j:j
Good luck to today's fasters, you can do it
Well done to you! I have enjoyed eating again today, but like you, I have been a bit less hungry today. Couldn't even finish my lasagne, although it was great, and didn't want a dessert. I have had 2 chocolate biscuits and a home-made muffin and a bacon sandwich today though, and will have a glass of wine and some fruit when my man gets home later. And I didn't count calories today and don't feel I have over eaten. The scales will tell the truth next week! Feeling geared up for my second fasting day tomorrow. Lots of salad for dinner tomorrow night I think, if the sun is shining as brightly as it has today. All the best to everyone.

I will be fasting tomorrow too QoC and Darkvelv. Did ok yesterday. Finally got round to doing my measurements today forthe extra motivation. Don't know about extra motivation but certainly frightening!

Definitely needing 3:4 for a few weeks.

Dd phoned so didn't catch start of programme to see if they had solar power but yes they wash them. Only like washing nappies I suppose.
The shocker for me is that in the usa it is perfectly legal to sell food out of date, and some things were several years out:eek:

Then was the guy who does a 'fiscal fast' cycles around looking for loose change then serves up goats heads for dinner.now I like goat but not the whole head, prefer mine curried.
Newspaper for hand towels. Ok if rn out of loo roll or even for cleaning windows but hand towels, really?

I've made up a bottle of squash just for a bit of variety. I tend to drink more if I'm drinking it from a bottle than from a glass. Glass seems to make it taste different

Good luck! I shall be fasting again on Thursday. Need to make sure my stomach isn't going hell for leather when I'm watching my nephew performing in the evening :o

That Something For Nothing show was a pile of carp! I thought it was going to be interesting and factual. What a load of bullish! To get some of the free stuff, you have to make out it's for a good local cause. Booooo.

Bring back Mrs Money Penny I say!
