Just had my non fasting day dinner and I'm sure I had about 2/3 what I'd normally have.
I seem to have lost my appetite, but I have been doing the whole cutting down thing for the last month or so already, maybe I'm getting good bored of snacks :D
tweets hope you're fully recovered soon.
I'm gonna go and launch myself on the wii fit and see if I've lost anything. Not updated my weight since mid last week I think. Knowing my luck I've not lost anything :rotfl:

    Thank you :)

Rose, thoughts to you and DD. If tests are still coming back positive there's still a chance.
I've lost 4lb according to the Wii fit :j but I hadn't weighed myself since early last week so I had a head start really.
Still I'm really happy I'm off to a good start :j:j
Good luck to today's fasters, you can do it

Ooooh thanks for that. Will have a good look later. :j

How did the fellow fasters get on?

I think my headaches were due to no sugar. I don't drink tea of coffee but I do consume about 2 litres of pop a day and I had none yesterday. But it's all good.

Please don't worry if you have put on a few lbs since the start. I put on 3 lbs but I think it's because I drank a lot of water, and it takes a while for it to go through the system so obviously it will increase weight. More hydrated bits and pieces inside will obviously increase your weight.

Oh and not really a good idea as we are all dieting but check the boxed DIY puddings at Sada (ex Netto stores), there was all kinds reduced to clear today. I don't have a sweet tooth so I just walked past but there was all kinds including Creme Brulee and various others bits and pieces.
