How often do unfurnished properties come with white goods?

All the ones around here seem to come with a cooker and nowt else.

We rented an unfurnished house (4-bed) and this came with all white goods - fridge, freezer (plus large chest freezer in the basement that looked like it might at some stage have housed a body, so I declined to use it), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Several broke down in the 4 years that we were there and the LL repaired them when possible, and replaced both washing machine and dishwasher when they were beyond salvaging.
