called to court

parking eye !!!!!
We have ignored and ignored and ignored and the latest letter has come from the county court bulk centre in northhampton .

it is a genuine document from them via P.eye asking for a reply to the request for £150 , .

i visited the .gov site to find out more but all i could find was basically " ignore it a your peril " . the case could be ruled on in our absence or non communication .

so help please , advice and recommendations all greatfully received.

Get straight onto pepipoo.com. Do not reveal online any details of driver and site. Only accept help from trusted members, mostly have lots of posts. Good Luck.

As above. PE are hoping the threat of court will make you pay. Or that they will win by you not turning up. Or a weak defense from you and it will be worth them to do court.
However, the defense given you from those over on pepipoo would likely make PE decide not to try court in your case and they'll run scared. If they did try court then the likelyhood is they will get stuffed.

Just make sure that you check everything you use is first checked by a knowledgeable member.

Have you asked for further time to defend it ?
