That's strange, my Flex Direct and FlexPlus both show up on my files. We also have a Nationwide flex direct with a £3000 overdraft facility and has never show up on any of our credit files.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.0 -

Both of mine show up on my credit files, so its strange yours doesn't.
Did you open your original account many years ago then upgrade it to a FlexDirect account?Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -
Thanks thebritishbloke and dr_adidas01, appreciate you taking the time to help.
Thanks for clarifying that. I am still confused as to my my credit score has dropped 3 points and the negative factor that’s appeared says ‘You have recently opened 1 or more new credit accounts’. I didn’t realise this could have an effect on my credit score, if there was no credit (no overdraft) available.
How could I regain those three points?
Thanks again!0 -
Don't worry, the credit score of a credit rating agency is a pretty meaningless number. What counts is the detail in your reports. E.g. it is preferable not to have any late payment markers, and to show some continuity.
