Mobile Data Greyed Out

I have a Samsung s2, I have been away to Spain and on my return I find the mobile data (3g) is greyed out on my options and cannot connect the phone to mobile data.

I am with giffgaff and have sent the 2020 settings message and installed the feedback but still cannot connect.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem.

Suggest you turn off data roaming and re-enter the GiffGaff APN settings .Found in settings .

Just tried that, no joy. The 3g mobile date says unknown, yest when I check on the phone it says registered.

At worst then backup data and factory reset .

Delete any APN bar Giff gaff may work aslo the GiffGaff settings app.
