So who are they writing to? I guess you as the registered keeper of the vehicle yes? Or are they writing to your company ? Which is passing on the letters?
The letters are coming to me as although it is a company car, i am the registered keeper so in situations like this or other tickets etc. they dont have to deal with it.0 -
So the company is yours then ? So there is no chance that they will be paid without your knowledge. My advice is still ignore this scam, debt collectors can actually do nothing but send out templated letters, they just add a name and address to it, and send it out to thousands of people.

Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I post as SchoolRunMum on pepipoo and look at the links I gave that poster in minutes; shows how many times a week I post the same answer to people who have missed the appeal deadline and are now just getting DRP and Zenith letters. Stay as an 'unconfirmed' name on the debt collector's huge scamming database.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
