Go on their Facebook and twitter presence , make complaints there about parking at their store, and the lies being told to them about not being their car park. It's disgraceful that your elderly father is being put through this scam. He's a customer there! They have no loss as he was shopping there, ask them this simple question.
Where do you my money? In the till at your shop, or in the pocket of an unregulated third party company? My £100 each paid to them means I have no money to spend at your shop! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

So ALDI reckon it's "nothing to do with them". So what are they saying, that PE just wandered in off the street and starting dishing out tickets without ALDI's knowledge? Utter nonsense. Of course ALDI have hired these morons. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

It is awful, making people worried and scared about being taken to court. I really feel like just paying it off for him to be done with it.
Unfortunately it turns out he hadn't broken down on one of the dates, it would have made it easier to fight it rather than just overstaying his welcome. He went into the store today and they basically said it was nothing to do with them - the parking company isn't anything to do with them. I don't see how that works, as surely, they can't just set up shop in Aldi carpark without their permission. I can't seem to find an email address apart from a media press office one to contact Adli direct.
Parking Eye do have a contract with Aldi so it's completely wrong of the local store to try to wash their hands of this harassment.
I got this info (below) from a poster a while back so try the number shown and COMPLAIN that their agent is harassing a regular customer who is elderly and suffers from hypertension and so IS PROTECTED BY THE EQUALITY ACT 2010 and should be allowed longer to shop and have his car reg added to the store 'white list' at the CS desk:
''• Aldi have a “parking management” department on 01793-836-317
o Staffed by Rachael and Laura – refused to give surnames
• They gave a robust defence of their / PE parking policy … (“we visit all the aldi PE sites, signs are totally clear, you broke the rules, therefore you pay the charges” - no effort at all at customer service – even though I could prove I was a customer at the time) so much so that I thought they were PE employees
o but checking phone numbers, as far as I can tell – it is part of aldi Swindon! ''PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's funny how store managers change their stance when the store name gets dragged down - along with takings when people decide to shop elsewhere.
Time to make that store manager learn about customer relations.0
