Example with 17" Full HD screen for £500.

This one is marked as a refurb, even though it may be 'as new'.

Best would be if it were to be marked 'Clearance', as they are 'new'. But you'd need to keep an eye on the website for that. But you want to buy today, so...

If it's the Toshiba L870 you were looking at, it's cheaper on saveonlaptops.

Had a trip to PCWorld a few days ago, but there seem to be so many laptops offering similar specs yet varying a lot in price. I guess it's processor differences. I will be making a choice before the end of this week if anyone cares to suggest anything to look at.
