My ex has 10yr old son from a previous relationship and we have a 6yr old together.

He has majority care of his 10yr old, but allowed his ex to claim all the benefits if she gave him majority care.

I won't allow him to do this to me and will never give him up my son. My ex is very controlling and very clever with it.

I am more worried about the fact that he is leaving him home alone and will be dealing with this first .

Thank you to everybody that has replied, and I would appreciate any further advice .
