No they have 35 days end of, this fake parking ticket is from before the new version 3 CoP came into force, so it's not retrospective so this falls under version 2 which means they must either accept or reject in the 35 days.
No argument from me. I was putting my interpretation of the revised BPA guidelines, that I still contend are outwith the POPLA requirements.0 -

No argument from me either. The reason I posted as I did was that even if PE considered it correct to apply BPA CoP version 3 re this 35 days(but as you say it would not be correct to) what of the OP's circumstances/'appeal' makes it "exceptional"? It isn't. So the latest revision from BPA is not relevant to the OP's ticket anyway. PE would still have to reject appeal or cancel within 35 days.Got a ticket from ParkingEye?
