I ordered talktalk internet 2 weeks ago and today was the day the engineer was suppose to come to set up the phone line.

HE NEVER CAME.

I phone up and talktalk dont know what happened to the engineer.

i read alot fo bad reviews for talktalk but the are a awful service. I had the day of work to wait in all day for this 'engineer'

Im not on the phone trying to get a full refund for paying my line rental upfront. Ive been on hold for the last 30mins.

Poor service and even poorer customer support....

I realise its no comfort , but its not Talk Talk that come out its BT Openreach that install your telephone line.
Have you received your router?

I did receive my router.
