o2 e2save contract help

Hi,

I have just taken out an o2 contract with e2save.

I wanted to call o2 customer services to find out details of my billing date and to cancel itemised billing. So i dialled 100 on my phone and was told by automated machine that my contract is not dealt with by o2 but another party???

Any ideas who or what number i contact for the above if o2 are not dealing with my contract? (even though my contract is on o2). confused!

Found 0870 111 7200 on the e2save website

and on saynoto0870 0800 0490049 Option 2, 2, 1 - O2 services

O2 @ e2save is with Carphonewarehouse O2

Yep, as above. O2 contracts via e2save (CW) are served by CW's own staff.
